Every stage is clear before the next one begins, so you always know what happens next.
Book a time on my calendar, or send me a message using the contact form. This first conversation is a free discovery call, so there is nothing you need to prepare.
We talk through where your business is, what is working and what you need from an accountant. You talk, I listen, and I ask about the things that matter.
Within 24 to 48 hours of the call, you receive a quote and an agreed list of services to review in your own time. No pressure, and no follow-up sequence.
Once you accept the quote: your engagement letter, the standard identity and anti-money laundering checks, and access to your systems. Moving from another accountant? I handle the clearance and handover.
With everything in place, I get set up in your systems and get to work. Records handled, deadlines tracked, filings made.
Changing accountants is easier than you think. I handle the professional clearance and handover. If you already have an accountant, you do not need to manage that conversation yourself.
By the end of the call you will have honest answers about where you stand and what your obligations actually are, whether or not you decide to work with me. If you are already well served elsewhere, I will tell you so.
