Services

One package. One fixed fee. No surprises.

The Clarity Package covers your full compliance cycle and the conversations that turn it into something useful. Every service listed is included as standard.

The Clarity Package

Your full compliance cycle, handled

Your books, your returns, your filings and your reporting, managed to one standard, on one timetable, by one person who knows your business.

01

Bookkeeping

Your records kept current and reconciled throughout the year, not reconstructed from a carrier bag of receipts in the weeks before a deadline.

Accurate books are not an administrative chore. They are the foundation every other figure depends on.

  • Bank and card reconciliation
  • Sales and purchase ledgers
  • Receipt and invoice processing
  • Monthly management figures

VAT Returns

Prepared, reviewed and submitted on time, with the treatment checked rather than assumed.

Where a scheme or a rule could work in your favour, you will be told about it rather than left to find out later.

  • Quarterly return preparation
  • Digital submission under MTD
  • Scheme suitability reviewed
  • Registration and deregistration

Cash Flow & Reporting

Figures you can actually make decisions on.

Not a pack of statements you file unread, but a clear picture of what is coming in, what is going out and what that means for the months ahead.

  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Profitability and margin analysis
  • Budget setting and analysis against actual
  • Reporting in plain English

06

Quarterly Performance Reviews

Four scheduled meetings a year, plus a year-end review of the prepared accounts before anything is submitted.

Not just what was filed, but what it means and how to use it to govern the next quarter and beyond. This is where compliance turns into planning.

  • Results against prior quarter and year
  • Margin, cash and cost review
  • Forward tax planning
  • Agreed actions before the next quarter

Support all year round, not once a year

Your accountant should not be someone you hear from at the deadline and nowhere in between. Every package includes year-round support: questions answered when they arise, decisions talked through before you make them, and figures reviewed while there is still time to act on them. Not just compliance. Consistent.

Why this matters

Your numbers are read by people you will never meet

Lenders deciding whether to back you. Suppliers setting your credit terms. Buyers, investors and partners forming a view before you have said a word.

How well you understand your own figures is taken as how well you understand your business. That is the real reason this work matters, and it is why I will not simply file and move on.

How fees work

Fixed, transparent, agreed up front

You receive a written proposal setting out exactly what is included and what it costs before any work begins. No hourly billing, no invoice you did not expect, and no charge for picking up the phone.

Nothing is optional to remove as the services work together, but where your business does not qualify for a service, such as VAT or Self Assessment, this is deducted accordingly. You pay for what applies to you, and nothing that does not.

You will know the cost before you commit, and it will not move without a conversation.

How it works

  • Step oneA free discovery call. You tell me where the business is, what is working and what is keeping you awake. No sales pitch.
  • Step twoA clear written proposal setting out exactly what is included and what it costs, agreed before any work begins.
  • Step threeRecords handled, deadlines tracked, filings made. Plain-English updates and figures you understand.

Common questions

Answered before you have to ask

The questions that come up most in a first conversation, answered here in the same plain terms you would get on a call.

Every fee is fixed and agreed in writing before any work begins, based on a written proposal from a free discovery call. There's no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. If your business doesn't need a particular service, such as VAT or Self Assessment, this is deducted from the price accordingly — you pay for what applies to you, nothing that doesn't.

Bookkeeping, VAT returns, year-end accounts filing, company tax returns, cash flow and reporting, and quarterly performance reviews — your full compliance cycle handled on one timetable, plus year-round support rather than contact only at deadlines. See the full breakdown above.

Year-round. Every package includes ongoing support: questions answered as they come up, decisions talked through before you make them, and figures reviewed while there's still time to act on them — not just a conversation once a year when something's due.

It depends on how you work — whether you're a limited company or sole trader, whether you work from home, use your own vehicle, have staff, and so on. Try the expense checker tool for a plain-English breakdown based on your situation, or ask directly on a discovery call.

Both, plus SMEs, new business start-ups, freelancers, property management companies and professional services. If your business isn't on that list, ask anyway — the fit matters more than the label.

Book a free discovery call. You tell me where the business is and what's on your mind, with no sales pitch. If it's a fit, you get a clear written proposal setting out exactly what's included and what it costs, agreed before anything begins.

Try the numbers yourself

Two free tools: see what different salary and dividend splits actually pay out, or check what you can claim as a business expense — both free, both run in your browser, nothing saved or sent anywhere.
